Sr. Service Engineer

Job Description :-

To provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Volvo Construction Equipment (VCE) machines in the field, ensuring maximum customer uptime and satisfaction, while developing deep technical knowledge of VCE products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: Minimum 2 yr experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery sector.
• Technical Support: Assist senior engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing faults in VCE machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.).
• Field Service: Perform routine maintenance, scheduled servicing, and preventive maintenance on customer sites.
• Customer Interaction: Learn to provide professional, courteous service, explain technical issues, and offer solutions to customers.
• Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, warranty claims, and log work details.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical preferred
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, eagerness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
