Sr. Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: S-16 South Side GT Road Industrial area Ghaziabad

Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (or relevant discipline)

Experience:

• 6–7 years of experience in machinery installation, servicing, and maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service industrial machinery and equipment at client sites
• Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule
• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation
• Provide technical training and guidance to client operators and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during servicing and operations
• Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical basics
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Willingness to travel for onsite service and support

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
