Sr. ServiceNow Architect

5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2 years in an Architect role. Proven experience in workflow redesign and process automation within ServiceNow. Strong expertise in UI development using ServiceNow components (UI Builder, Service Portal, Now Experience). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes). Experience with Agile methodologies and writing user stories for development teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
