Sr. ServiceNow Developer

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, HRSD (as applicable).
• Implement client scripts, business rules, UI actions, script includes, and workflows to meet functional requirements.
• Work on ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Configure and maintain forms, tables, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
