Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive engagement, and contribute to overall business growth. You’ll manage content creation, community interaction, analytics reporting, and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, images, and videos) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster engagement.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain brand consistency in voice, style, and messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social efforts with broader campaigns.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via social channels in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing professional social media accounts.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Creativity with excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Understanding of branding, content marketing, and online customer behavior.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
