Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Oversight
● Supervise and support a team of brand social media managers/account executives
● Conduct regular check-ins, workflow audits, and performance evaluations
● Set best practices and SOPs for the team to follow
Strategic Planning
● Develop and refine social media strategies across client brands
● Ensure alignment with brand goals, current trends, and data insights
● Identify opportunities for content innovation and platform expansion
Client Relationship Management
● Act as the senior liaison for high-priority clients
● Join or lead strategic calls and review meetings as needed
● Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality assurance
Performance Monitoring
● Track KPIs and campaign performance across platforms
● Provide monthly reports and strategic recommendations to clients
● Spot potential issues in performance or engagement early and take corrective action
Collaboration & Workflow Management
● Work cross-functionally with the design and content
● Optimize workflow processes to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
● Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual identity is consistent across all platforms
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience managing social media strategy and execution, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
● Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
● Experience working with scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and paid promotion campaigns
● Excellent communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to think strategically while maintaining an eye for detail
● Agency experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
