We're Blue Bear, a social media agency based in Denver that helps consumer brands turn social content into real business outcomes, and we're looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager to help us do it.
This is a role for someone who is chronically online. You're endlessly curious, comfortable in the gray area, and energized by finding ways to accomplish new things for the first time. You can jump into the voice of one brand in the morning and another by lunch, and you treat every account's growth like it's personal, because to us, it is.
You've grown engaged communities from the ground up. You turn messy numbers into clear insights. You love testing, innovating and learning out loud, and you have a knack for teaching your craft to the people around you. If that sounds like you, read on.
