Make a Difference
Lead the administration, development, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, ensure platform stability and quality, and provide expert guidance to users and technical team members.

Review ServiceNow roadmap updates and provide executive recommendations.
