Responsibilities:

Consult with business stakeholders to gather requirements enabling successful AI adoption.
Design and implement scalable integration patterns for diverse data sources.
Lead the prioritization and rollout of new integrations across internal platforms.
Provide ongoing monitoring and support for internal stakeholders.
Deliver training and consultation on new integrations and data pipelines.
Collaborate with other engineers to expand AI features.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software engineering, integrations, or technical consulting.
Strong Python coding skills.
Proven track record of implementing and supporting data integrations.
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and help channel support.
Champion the implementation and ongoing support of innovative data integration solutions
Support engineering teams and business functions by addressing their specific use-cases
Strong communication, consulting, and training skills.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with building RAG knowledge bases, MCP Servers, and API integration patterns.
Experience levearging AI (LLMs) to boost productivity and streamline workflows.
Exposure to working with business stakeholders to drive AI adoption and feature expansion.
Familiarity with MCP server support and resilient feature design.
Skilled at working as part of a global, diverse workforce.
AWS Certification is a plus
