• ️ Your Role — What You’ll Own

• 
  Architect & Deliver: Design, develop, and support highly scalable web and desktop applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Web API/REST API, Windows Forms).

• Lead by Example: Mentor and train developers, ensuring timely, high-quality, and well-structured project deliveries

• Shape the Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions, system design, and performance engineering strategies.

• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with QA, product owners, and business teams to deliver seamless, efficient, and impactful solutions.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Introduce automation, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity and code quality.

Your Superpowers — What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading .NET projects.

• Proven expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, and REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience with web and Windows-based applications, including SSRS and Crystal Reports.

• Deep understanding of OOPS concepts, software architecture, and system scalability.

• Proficient with Git/TFS/SVN and build/release management processes.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, driving sprints and mentoring peers.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills — a natural leader who inspires confidence.

• Bonus: Knowledge of the US Mortgage domain or experience in enterprise-level applications.
