You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Creating tools, resources, training, events, and experiences that support growth in the Ancillary business and delight design‑focused audiences.
- Managing programs that help sales teams and dealers win business, including product and material sampling initiatives and rotating in‑market events.
- Collaborating across highly cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and alignment with business priorities.
- Improving operational performance by learning and optimizing logistics, workflows, and processes tied to program delivery.
- Supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the Design CVM and enhance engagement with A&D firms, dealers, and internal partners.
- Coordinating multiple, competing priorities with strong organizational and project‑management skills.
- Delivering clear communication and training to internal and external audiences to ensure successful adoption of tools and programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, design, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business, marketing, brand management, and/or product management.

- Showing high attention to detail, ensuring tools, experiences, and programs are thoughtfully crafted.

- Thinking creatively to introduce new ideas, experiences, and innovative solutions.
