Job Description - Staff Nurse

• Taking daily rounds with doctor and providing treatment to the patient as per the Advice.
• Frequent patient evaluations
• Including monitoring and tracking vital signs
• Administering medications
• Maintaining the patient records
• Give instructions to the patient regarding medicines & precautions
• Check the patient before going to the OT (side mark, jewels)
• Answer the patient query
• Answer patients' call bells, deliver messages
• Inform the consultant about the investigation reports
• be aware of the patient regarding their conditions and need for nursing care
• Ensure good nursing care, delegating duties to the staff
• Ensures standards of care.
