Sr. Structural Engineer

• Lead and manage all structural engineering activities from design stage to project completion.
• Review and approve structural calculations, design drawings, shop drawings, and technical
• submissions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, international codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, project managers, and site execution teams.
• Provide technical guidance and immediate solutions for structural and construction-related issues.
• Monitor structural works execution to ensure quality, safety, and project progress requirements are achieved.
• Conduct structural inspections, risk assessments, and engineering evaluations.
• Review method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Support planning, estimation, and value engineering activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs and project milestones.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 15+ years of proven experience in structural engineering within UAE/GCC.
• Strong experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
• Extensive knowledge of structural design standards, construction practices, and authority approvals in UAE.
• Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and related structural software.
• Strong understanding of RCC and steel structural systems.
• Excellent technical review, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
