We are looking for a motivated and skilled SR TA Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to attract and engage top talent across various industries. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure we secure the best candidates for our team’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role alignment.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in English .
