Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition professional who will play a key role in driving hiring excellence across the organization. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to anticipate talent needs, strengthen employer positioning, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.



What You’ll Be Responsible For


• Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies.

• Owning the full recruitment lifecycle at all levels from intake to offer, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire.

• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

• Leveraging multiple sourcing channels and managing external partners when needed.

• Supporting employer branding initiatives to enhance market visibility and attract top talent.

• Tracking recruitment metrics and using data insights to continuously improve processes.

• Advising stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.

Requirements:


_ Bachelor Degree in B.A. or related

_ Professional experience in the role: 5+ years

_ Strong experience recruiting across manufacturing operations and corporate functions, including both high-volume frontline roles and specialized professional positions.




Pay transparency: salary range from $65,000 – $80,000 USD annually.
