Sr. Tester with Business Analyst Skills

We are looking for a versatile professional who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team by playing a dual role of Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Tester. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and functional testing, especially in a .NET/MVC-based application environment.

You will be responsible for understanding business needs, defining clear functional requirements, collaborating with developers, and ensuring the final product meets both technical standards and business goals. You’ll work within an Agile/Scrum team, contributing across multiple phases of the development lifecycle.

Business Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories, use cases, and workflows.
• Prepare BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents), and mockups as required.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Review requirements, design documents, and user stories to ensure completeness and testability.
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Agile/Scrum Participation

• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as a liaison between developers and business teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
