Sr. UI Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled UI Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. You’ll be

responsible for transforming design concepts into seamless, interactive user interfaces that

deliver exceptional user experiences. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for clean code,

What You'll Do

● Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS, CSS

Modules, Styled Components), and JavaScript (ES6+).

● Build modern, scalable web applications using React.js and other frameworks

(Angular/Vue.js as needed).

● Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs

into pixel-perfect implementations.

● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization for web

applications.

● Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.

● Write clean, scalable, maintainable code following industry best practices.

● Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain UI quality standards.

● Stay updated with emerging UI technologies and propose improvements to workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

● 3–4 years of proven experience as a UI Developer.

● Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one

modern JS framework (React preferred; experience with Material-UI or TailwindCSS

is a plus).

● Strong understanding of responsive UI principles, grid systems, interaction

patterns, and usability best practices.

● Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.

● Familiarity with Git version control and agile workflows.

● Comfortable collaborating with UI/UX designers using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to

deliver pixel-perfect implementations.

● Knowledge of UI performance optimization and SEO best practices is a plus.

● High attention to detail in planning, testing, and delivering UI features.

● Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical decisions clearly to

both design and engineering teams.

● Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.

● Adaptability to fast-paced, iterative environments (startup or agile team experience

preferred).

Location: This is a full-time, in-office role at our Bengaluru office, offering opportunities for

close collaboration with our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
