We partner with enterprises, government institutions, and fast growing organizations across India, GCC, Australia, and Europe to design and build products that are practical, scalable, and impact driven.

Our design team works closely with consultants and engineering teams to deliver structured, enterprise grade digital platforms where clarity, usability, and execution excellence matter.

Design high quality, production ready UI for web and mobile applications

Translate structured requirements, user flows, and wireframes into refined high fidelity interfaces

Own visual consistency across modules, workflows, and platforms

Create scalable component libraries and contribute to design systems

Develop interactive prototypes in Figma for stakeholder validation and engineering handoff

Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel accurate implementation

Balance usability, feasibility, and aesthetics within real business constraints

Iterate rapidly based on feedback while maintaining design integrity

Contribute to modern interface patterns including AI assisted and AI integrated experiences

5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with strong execution focus

A strong portfolio that demonstrates UI depth, shipped products, and execution maturity mandatory

Exceptional visual design fundamentals including typography, spacing, layout systems, and hierarchy

Strong expertise in high fidelity UI and scalable design systems

Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and developer handoff

Experience designing complex web applications or enterprise platforms

Ability to work within defined product requirements and deliver structured, scalable UI solutions

Strong collaboration skills with engineering and cross functional teams

Clear understanding of usability principles with a primary strength in execution and visual design

Hands on exploration or integration of AI driven interfaces, AI workflows, or AI assisted design tools

Comfort working in structured, consulting style delivery environments

Experience working on B2B or enterprise platforms

Understanding of front end constraints and implementation realities

Exposure to scalable UI frameworks

Experience designing dashboards, workflow heavy systems, or data driven interfaces
