Sr. UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the design team: Guide, coach, and provide feedback to other UI/UX designers.
• Develop and implement design strategy: Create and execute design strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct user research and testing: Oversee user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Create and oversee design deliverables: Ensure the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ensure design consistency: Maintain consistency in visual elements, branding, and user experience across all platforms.
• Stay updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Present design concepts: Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Optimize designs: Drive product improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and analytics.
• Establish design systems: Help create and maintain style guides and design systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
