Sr. UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience to join our creative team at Acture Media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, the ability to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces, and a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and component libraries.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital products.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Present design concepts and rationales to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and prototyping.
• Experience conducting user research and usability tests.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
