4-5+ years of experience in UI/UX & product design (preferably in fintech / finance domain) • Expert proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and collaborative workflows • Hands-on experience with product research, usability testing, and data-driven design • Strong sense of visual design, interaction design, and modern UI patterns
