Job description:

· Conducting user research to understand client needs, behaviors, and preferences.

· Analyzing client feedback and data to inform design decisions.

· Creating wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout of digital products.

· Developing interactive prototypes to test design concepts and functionality.

· Designing the visual elements of digital products, including color schemes, typography, and imagery.

· Ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment across all interfaces.

· Iterating on designs based on user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.

· Communicating design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.

· Documenting design decisions, guidelines, and specifications to ensure consistency and facilitate communication with development teams.

· Creating style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across products and platforms.

· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

· Continuously improving skills and exploring new tools and techniques to enhance design capabilities.

Requirements:

· - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

· - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or reseacher similar role.

· - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

· - Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.

· - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· - Knowledge of usability principles and best practices.

· - Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

· - Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
