Job Title: Technical Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Location: Work from Office – Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Work Hours: US Time Zone (PST), Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 5–7 years of hands-on recruiting experience in W2 and C2C hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management expertise, an extensive vendor network, and excellent communication skills. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, account handling, and relationship management with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle for W2 and C2C requirements
• Collaborate closely with direct clients and implementation partners
• Source, screen, and submit candidates using LinkedIn and other job portals
• Maintain and expand a strong vendor network and manage vendor relationships
• Handle vendor management, account management, and account planning
• Identify suitable job requirements and align them with available consultants
• Proactively mobilize consultants through networking and cold calling
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between consultants, vendors, and clients
• Negotiate rates and successfully place candidates on suitable projects
• Maintain and update ATS, reports, and assignment tracking sheets
• Manage bench sales and consultant utilization effectively
• Handle preliminary candidate documentation and compliance paperwork
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants and clients
• Ensure high productivity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work additional hours as required to meet business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in US IT Recruiting
• Strong experience with W2 and C2C hiring models
• In-depth knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms, and compliance
• Experience recruiting H1B consultants
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to multitask and work under supervision while being self-driven
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA in HR/Recruitment is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,165.67 - ₹70,077.88 per month
