Sr. UX Designer

Niosys has a big vision. We launched in 2017 but we’re just getting started and there’s a lot left to do. We're a high performing team working towards a common goal: building an elite online application to help convenience store day-to-day sales, operations and closings. Tasks:
Understand our business, customers to create an outstanding user experience
Partner closely with our management team to understand our business requirements and vision
Ensure an intuitive navigation, consistent and on-brand design, UX artifacts
Redesign our core pages and flows with customer-centric lens
Take a broad view of usability to ensure that our user types are well-served throughout our website
Work through a full project lifecycle quickly and step by step
Deliverable Photoshop PSD files, wireframes for our development team
Understand product specifications and user psychology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great problem-solving ability
Balances creativity with modern best practices to solve complex UX challenges
Autonomous and resourceful working style
Quickly designs and modifies workflows using Adobe XD
Keeps abreast of latest web development technologies, responsive and mobile design
Coding for accessibility and knowledge of WCAG 2.0, 2.1 coding practices
Advanced knowledge of CSS and HTML
Actively participate and collaborate on Design Sprints
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Technology skills:
Proficient in: Photoshop, XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, InVsion, UXPin and Balsamiq
Motion graphics, web design languages and frameworks
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure
HTML, CSS, wireframes, UX layers and responsive design styles

Education & Experience:
Bachelors in - electronic, technology, engineering or computer science
Minimum 1 to 2 year real hands on experience
