Sr. UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a Sr. UX/UI Designer to lead complex digital projects, ensuring innovative, user-friendly, and brand-consistent designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of web and mobile experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex digital initiatives.
• Conduct advanced user research and usability testing.
• Present design concepts to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio with advanced UX/UI projects.
• Strong visual design skills a must.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Experience in user research and validation methods.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
