What You’ll Do

• Train small, focused batches of passionate design aspirants.
• Design, mentor, and review real-world projects (apps, dashboards, brand systems).
• Work on our e-learning platform & mobile app, enhancing the experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ship user-friendly portals & web apps.
• Spot & solve UX problems, run usability tests, and guide design iterations.
• Stay ahead of trends: Design Systems, Product Thinking, AI in Design, Inclusive Design, Micro-interactions.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in UX/UI — from research → wireframes → prototypes → final hand-off.
• Fluent in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong grip on design principles, color theory, typography, layouts & interaction design.
• Confident communicator — you can explain design decisions with clarity & passion.

Bonus points (preferred, not mandatory):

• Product Design experience (flows, systems, product-strategy alignment).
• Exposure to dashboards, design systems, or collaboration with product teams.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
