Sr. Video Editor

We are a creative marketing firm dedicated to building powerful brand solutions through the strategic use of all media.

We are actively looking for a Senior Video Editor with a passion for visualization and a proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and confident in leading editing projects from concept to final output.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is willing to push the creative boundaries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead video editing projects from raw footage to final delivery
• Collaborate with the creative team on storyboards, concepts, and visual direction
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools
• Integrate motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and visual effects
• Optimize videos for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and digital content
• Maintain consistent branding and visual style across projects

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing. (agency or brand-side)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
• Understanding of video codecs, resolutions, and platform-specific formats
• Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
• A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Experience with YouTube channel content, reels, product videos, or brand films
• Mandatory: Portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing and storytelling skills or Past work

Job Details

• Compensation: 30k to 45k (based on experience & portfolio)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly (subject to performance terms)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Day shift (Mon–Sat)
• Work Location: In-person only (company systems provided)
