Sr. Web Designer

Experience Level: 3–5 years for mid-level

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise in modern design tools and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and responsive website layouts for desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Convert approved designs into HTML/CSS, ensuring compatibility across browsers.
• Optimize graphics, images, and page layouts for speed and usability.
• Stay updated with design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure accessibility and SEO-friendly design principles.
• Maintain and update existing websites as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, but skill-based hiring is also welcome).
• Technical Skills:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic to intermediate).
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Soft Skills:
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.
• Basic knowledge of animation (CSS animations, Lottie, After Effects).
• Familiarity with SEO basics for web design.
• Exposure to version control systems (Git/GitHub).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

• Anand, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
