Sr. Web Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer cum UI/UX Developer who can design visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites and applications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles along with hands-on experience in web design and front-end implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and web applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
• Convert PSD/Figma/XD to HTML.
• Checking for errors and de-bugging websites. Client interaction about the project.
• Conduct user research and apply UX best practices to improve usability
• Develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Update and maintain existing websites and UI components
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and preferences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Stay updated on Frontend and UI/UX trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ yrs experience as a Web Designer / UI-UX Developer
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Sketch
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Basic knowledge of frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind, or React (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication and collaboration skills
