SR.CATHLAB TECHNICIAN

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cath Lab Technician to support interventional cardiology procedures, ensure smooth Cath Lab operations, and maintain high standards of patient safety and care. The candidate will play a key role in assisting cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist & wash up cardiologists during angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, and other interventional procedures.
• Prepare and maintain Cath Lab equipment, instruments, and sterile fields
• Ensure proper functioning, calibration, and maintenance of Cath Lab machines
• Monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures and report abnormalities immediately
• Follow radiation safety protocols and infection control guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient records, procedure documentation, and inventory logs
• Supervise and guide junior Cath Lab technicians and staff
• Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards and hospital protocols
• Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and biomedical teams for smooth workflow
• Handle emergency situations efficiently during Cath Lab procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Cath Lab Technology / Cardiac Technology
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures and Cath Lab equipment
• Certification in Cath Lab Technology (preferred)
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency cases
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
