B Tech in civil with 3-4 years experience in handling the site execution as well as maintenance work work of high rise projects/buildings .

Key Skills

Excellent Technical knowledge in civil construction and maintenance work.

Knowledge in M S Office.

Job Role

Monitoring completed project maintenance work

Coordinating with workers and contractors on work completion .

• Inspections and diagnostics: Perform regular inspections of civil structures to identify potential issues and assess structural integrity.
• Maintenance and repair: Manage and execute maintenance and repair tasks for infrastructure, including responding to emergency requests of customers.
• Planning and scheduling: Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules and plans for long-term upkeep.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Budget management: Assist in the budget planning for all maintenance activities and track costs.
• Project oversight: Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders, and oversee the work of maintenance teams.
• Documentation: Keep detailed electronic records of maintenance activities, repairs, and costs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
