A REPUTED COMPANY IN ABU DHABI REQUIRES AN EXPERIENCED HYGIENE OFFICER

A Hygiene Officer ensures that an organization, often in hospitality, food service, or accommodations, maintains high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety by developing and implementing hygiene policies, conducting regular inspections, monitoring staff practices, and liaising with health authorities. Key responsibilities include staff training, pest control management, proper waste disposal, and ensuring compliance with local health regulations to prevent illness and maintain a safe environment

• Ensure hygiene compliance across all F&B operations.
• Monitor food safety standards as per Municipality and HACCP guidelines.
• Conduct regular hygiene audits and internal inspections.
• Oversee pest control operations and coordinate with third-party service providers.
• Maintain and update hygiene documentation (temperature logs, cleaning schedules, etc.).
• Provide training to F&B staff on food safety practices.
• Prepare and support the external health inspections.
• Follow up on non-conformities to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Supervise food handling, storage, and waste disposal procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
