Staff Accountant

We are looking for an Architectural Accountant to handle project-related financial operations including site billing, estimation, and quantity verification. The role involves preparing and maintaining accurate billing records, coordinating with clients, contractors, and the project team for smooth financial workflow, and ensuring timely submission of invoices and supporting documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, verifying executed quantities at site against BOQs and drawings, and highlighting discrepancies or variations. They will also manage vendor/contractor quotations, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and prepare MIS reports for project cost tracking. Strong knowledge of billing procedures, estimation, and architectural drawings, along with proficiency in Excel and accounting software, is required. The position demands excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
