Staff Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal reporting requirements.
• Establish and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance / accounting team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ACCA Finalist or Qualified.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
