About Us

Michelle Rose Bookkeeping partners with small and mid-sized businesses to maintain organized, accurate financial records and provide dependable financial reporting. Our work helps business owners understand their numbers and feel confident about the financial side of their business.

We serve clients in industries such as craft food and beverage, hospitality, and other service-based businesses. Many of our clients come to us through referrals because they value working with a team that is both professional and approachable. Much of our work comes through long-term client relationships and referrals, which allows us to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service rather than chasing volume.

Inside the firm, we focus on clear communication, organized processes, and high standards for the work we deliver. Team members are trusted to manage their responsibilities, communicate openly, and take ownership of the clients they support. We believe good bookkeeping is more than data entry; it requires care, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the work the right way.

We are building a team of professionals who take pride in accurate work, enjoy helping small businesses succeed, and appreciate working in an environment where people are trusted to manage their responsibilities and support one another.
