Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of financial accounting principles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· B.A./B.S. Degree in Accounting is required.

· CPA (preferred but NOT required).

· Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.

· A minimum of 5 years working experience in accounting.

· Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role in financial accounting.

· Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes and financial report writing.

· Familiarity with budgeting practices and general ledger reconciliation is preferred.

· Good Telephone and Communication Skills.

· Detail oriented, self-motivated, dependable and extremely organized.

· Experience in account analysis and reconciliation

· Strong understanding of financial accounting practices

· Ability to oversee accounts P/R functions effectively

· Bi-lingual (English/Tagalog) - (Preferred but not required).

DUTIES SHALL INCLUDE:

The candidate will be responsible for the day to day accounting & financial management, coordination and general oversight of all aspects of the company’s functions on certain properties and entities, as well as:

· Accounts Receivable/Payable

· Account Reconciliation

· Processing of Deposits

· Billing and Collection

· Financial Reporting

· Taxes and Payroll

· Bank Reconciliations

· Account Management/Monitoring

· Preparation of Financial Documents

· All other accounting related matters in the course of business

COMPENSATION:

· Very well compensated position; depending on experience and qualifications.

WORK SCHEDULE:

· Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Pay: $25.00 - $42.00 per hour (Pay is based on experience, abilities, skills and terms of the final employment agreement at Employee’s discretion)
