Staff Appraiser

Prepares estimates and appraises damage to vehicles within assigned area.

Assist with establishment and operation of drive-in claims service in catastrophe situations when required. Will assist in physical damage training of field adjusting staff.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma and certificate from college or technical school (or combination of education and experience).

Must have at least 5 years auto estimating experience or experience as a staff Adjuster handling/estimating auto claims. Body shop experience a plus.

Strong mechanical skills, excellent judgement and decision making skills. Ability to communicate effectively while working with a diverse group of customers.

Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
