The Centennial Library is accepting applications for a Collection Management Associate. This is a full-time (2080 hours), non-exempt staff position.
The Collection Management Associate is responsible for collection management tasks, with an emphasis on print serials and interlibrary loans, as well as managing Collection Services Student Assistants. More specifically, responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating student assistants as well as participation in the Library Managers’ Council. This role oversees OhioLINK and interlibrary loan workflows, maintains records, trains staff, and communicates with patrons and partner libraries. It also manages print serials processing, invoicing, subscriptions, inventory, and vendor coordination. Additional duties include supporting acquisitions, course reserves, and other departmental projects.
Position Requirements:
