As a Staff Data Architect, you are the master designer of the nervous system that feeds our AI. / 作为资深数据架构师，你是构建 AI 底层神经系统的核心总设计师。

You won't just manage databases; you will architect the autonomous data structures required for AI agents to reason, execute, and manage complex financial workflows. / 你不仅仅是管理数据库，更要构建自动化数据结构，以支持 AI 智能体进行推理、执行并管理复杂的金融工作流。

Your mission is to bridge the gap between raw Crypto market behaviors and the "Single Source of Truth" that powers our autonomous trading ecosystem. / 你的使命是消除原始加密市场行为与支撑自动化交易生态的"唯一事实来源"之间的鸿沟。

Core Responsibilities / 核心职责

1. Instrumentation & Tracking / 全链路采集与埋点

• Protocol Design: Define unified tracking standards across App/Web/H5.
  协议设计： 统一 App/Web/H5 全平台的埋点标准。

• Design high-dimensional protocols for unique Crypto interactions (e.g., K-line scaling, leverage slider adjustments).
  针对加密货币特有的交互（如 K 线缩放、杠杆滑块调节）设计高维度协议。

• Full-Link Attribution: Ensure a seamless data path from external acquisition (KOLs, Ads) through KYC to first trade conversion.
  全链路归因： 确保从外部获客（KOL、广告）到 KYC 再到首次交易转化的数据链路无断点。

• Quality Control: Establish automated validation to eliminate "missing or inconsistent" data, ensuring absolute raw data purity for AI training.
  质量管控： 建立自动化校验机制以消除"漏报或口径不一"的数据，确保 AI 训练原始数据的绝对纯净。

2. All-Domain Logical Modeling / 全链路逻辑建模

• Trading & Assets: Unify Spot and Futures logic.
  交易与资产： 统一现货与合约的业务逻辑。

• Design multi-currency and sub-account reconciliation models. / 设计多币种及子母账户的对账模型。

• Growth & ROI: Build refined models linking frontend behavior with backend flows for end-to-end ROI analysis.
  增长与 ROI： 构建精细化模型，联通前端行为与后端流水以实现端到端 ROI 分析。

• Risk & Compliance: Design logical layers for real-time exposure monitoring and bot/wash-trading detection.
  风控与合规： 设计实时敞口监控及机器人刷量行为检测的逻辑层。

3. Governance & Single Source of Truth / 统一指标与治理

• Metric Store: Lead the company-wide Metric Store to ensure DAU, AUM, and Volume are consistent across all AI agents and dashboards.
  指标中心： 主导公司级指标库建设，确保 DAU、AUM 和交易额在所有 AI 智能体和看板中口径一致。

• Data Lineage: Build systems to track data origin, ensuring any schema changes are instantly evaluated for downstream impact.
  数据血缘： 构建追踪数据来源的系统，确保任何表结构变更都能即时评估对下游的影响。

4. AI-Driven Automation / AI 驱动自动化

• Code-as-Model: Use AI to accelerate SQL writing and tracking-code generation.
  代码即模型： 利用 AI 加速 SQL 编写和埋点代码生成。

• Autonomous Governance: Implement "AI to govern AI data" frameworks to maintain model documentation in real-time.
  自主治理： 实施"以 AI 治理 AI 数据"的框架，实时维护模型文档。

Candidate Requirements / 任职要求

• Crypto Expertise (Mandatory): 3+ years in CEX/DEX environments.
  行业经验（硬性）： 3 年以上 CEX/DEX 环境经验。

• You must understand trading engine logs and on-chain data.
  你必须深入理解交易引擎日志和链上数据。

• Master Modeler: 5+ years of Kimball dimensional modeling.
  建模专家： 5 年以上 Kimball 维度建模经验。

• Expert in handling billion-row snapshot tables and cold/hot data separation.
  精通处理亿级快照表及冷热数据分离。

• Tracking Veteran: Expert-level experience with Sensors Data, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  埋点老兵： 具备神策数据、Amplitude 或 Mixpanel 的专家级经验。

• AI Native: Proficiency in AI coding tools and a forward-thinking mindset on how LLMs interact with structured data.
  AI 原生： 熟练使用 AI 编码工具，并对大模型如何与结构化数据交互具有前瞻性思维。

• Resilience: Ability to maintain data integrity during extreme market volatility.
  抗压能力： 能够在市场剧烈波动期间保持数据的完整性与准确性。
