Job description

· To Ensure the regularity and punctuality and follow uniform policy of the organization.· Proper Handing & Taking over at the end of duty shift. To be competent in the use of HMIS and electronic que management system, ensuring that data is entered in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with organization policy and procedure.· Follow timely vitals and Realtime documentation in HMIS of each patient (P1 – Hourly Basis, P2– 4 Hourly basis). Inform physician immediately in case of “Danger Vital Signs”.· Ensure medication administration within an hour of every (P1 & P2) patient and its Realtime documentation in HMIS.· Verify and double check the right patient, dose, and route before medication administration to each (P1 & P2) patient.· Ensure double signoff from pharmacy team at the time of dispensing “Life saving Drugs”. In case of non-compliance report to your shift supervisor for incident reporting.· Enter nursing notes of the EMR of each (P1 & P2) patient.· Follow proper compliance of PPEs within premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
