Staff Nurse

Patient Care:

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care, including bathing, wound care, and personal hygiene.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Assist with procedures and examinations.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Educate patients and families on their conditions and treatment plans.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Document assessments, care plans, and patient progress.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
• Other Duties:
• Prepare equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Follow established protocols and policies.
• Contribute to the overall functioning of the healthcare facility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Nursing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• PNRC (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
