Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse
Department: Nursing / Patient Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain patient records, charts, and reports.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection control measures in the hospital.
• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital protocols.
• Maintain proper inventory of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.
• Coordinate with doctors, other nurses, and hospital staff to ensure smooth patient care.
• Follow ethical and professional standards as per nursing code of conduct.

Qualifications & Skills:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the State Nursing Council.
• Prior experience in hospital/clinical setting preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Work Conditions:

• Rotational shifts, including night duty.
• Exposure to clinical and emergency situations.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
