Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors during treatments and procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring adherence to hospital standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as per hospital policies and doctor’s instructions.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately and on time.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the doctor.
• Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure proper infection control practices and cleanliness in the ward.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health care, treatment, and post-discharge instructions.
• Handle emergency situations with efficiency and professionalism.
• Cooperate with hospital staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration/license with the State Nursing Council.
• Minimum [X] years of experience as a Staff Nurse (freshers can also apply depending on hospital policy).
• Strong clinical skills with knowledge of nursing protocols and hospital procedures.
• Good communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
