Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing protocols and hospital policies. The nurse works collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to promote optimal patient outcomes and ensure a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing nursing procedures as prescribed.

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for patients.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, observations, and treatment in medical records.

* Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.

* Monitor patients for changes in condition and report promptly to the physician or supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Education: (ANM/GNM / B.Sc Nursing).

* License/Registration: Registered Nurse with [State/National Nursing Council].

* Experience:** [1–2 years ] of relevant clinical experience preferred.

* Skills:
