Staff Nurse

A Staff Nurse must have strong communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.

They must also be able to work independently, making quick decisions and prioritizing tasks to ensure the safety and well-being of their patients.

They must also have a deep understanding of the nursing process and be able to apply it to a wide range of patients, including those with complex medical conditions.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively
• Knowledge of best practices in patient care
