• Patient Care – Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Vital Signs Monitoring – Assess and record patients’ vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.) regularly.
• Medication Administration – Administer prescribed medications safely and monitor for side effects.
• Assisting in Procedures – Support doctors during medical procedures and treatments.
• Patient Education – Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and disease management.
• Infection Control – Maintain hygiene standards and follow infection prevention protocols.
• Emergency Response – Act promptly in medical emergencies, ensuring quick intervention.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate patient records and report changes to the medical team.
• Equipment Handling – Operate and maintain medical equipment as per hospital guidelines.
• Team Coordination – Collaborate with doctors, healthcare staff, and support teams for seamless patient care.
