Job Title: Staff Nurse – Hair Transplant OT Division

Location: Kolkata (Base Posting)
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel to our outstation branches as and when required

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Staff Nurse to join our Hair Transplant OT Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing support during pre-operative, operative, and post-operative phases of hair transplant procedures, maintaining OT hygiene and assisting the surgical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during hair transplant and related procedures
• Prepare and maintain the OT and instruments as per protocol
• Monitor and support patients during procedures and recovery
• Maintain proper records, sterilization, and stock management
• Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth clinical operations
• Travel with the surgical team to other branch locations when required

Qualification & Requirements:

• Nursing Degree (B.Sc / GNM) – Mandatory
• Valid Nursing Registration
• Prior experience in OT / aesthetic / dermatology setup preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Willingness to travel as per organizational needs

Salary: Commensurate with experience
