Staff Nurse

1 .Assist physicians during treatment and aesthetic procedures.
2. Maintain aesthetic techniques and prepare the clients for procedures.

3. Handle surgical instruments, consumables, and ensure proper sterilization.

4. Assist the supporting staffs to coordinate their work

5. Maintain records of checklists, patient vitals, and equipment usage.

6. Ensure biomedical waste segregation and disposal as standard guidelines.

7. Support patient counseling on pre- and post-procedure instructions.

8. Required Qualification & Skills

9. B.Sc. or GNM in Nursing, registered with Nursing Council.

10. Knowledge of infection control and sterilization practices.

11. Good communication and empathetic approach toward patients.

12.Code of Conduct

13. Adhere strictly to aseptic practices and safety standards.

14. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Should not share any confidential records to competitor

15. Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and team collaboration.

16.Respect patients’ rights, dignity, and cultural sensitivity.

17. Avoid personal use of mobile phones or social media inside

18.Avoid taking unnecessary leaves during work period

19. Adhere to the codes of company during work period. Incase of any deviation in that the company will terminate without any queries

20. Treat all the client without any discrimination

21. If found any negligence of care, misleading of coworker, disobedience or of conduct that tends to bring disrespect to the company will be terminated immediately

22. Should not violate the company policy or threaten the higher officials for own purpose. If found such behavior will be dealt legally.

23. Should follow hierarchy in all the situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
