Staff Nurse

1. Position: Staff Nurse

Department: Nursing
Location: Shree Hospital, Kharadi
Reporting To: Nursing In-charge / Medical Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital standards and medical instructions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the concerned doctor or supervisor.
• Maintain patient records, charts, and reports as per hospital protocol.
• Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
• Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and cleanliness in patient areas.
• Support patient comfort and address their queries or concerns courteously.
• Handle medical equipment responsibly and ensure it is in working condition.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth patient care delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered with Maharashtra Nursing Council.
• Minimum 1–3 years of hospital experience preferred (Freshers may also apply).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
