Staff Nurse

• Perform routine and advanced nursing procedures (IV cannulation, Ryles tube, catheterization, wound care, injections, dressing changes, suctioning, tracheostomy care, etc.).
• Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and promptly report abnormalities to doctors/supervisors.
• Administer medications as per prescription and maintain accurate medication records.
• Prepare and assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
• Provide complete bedside care including feeding, hygiene support, mobilization, and pressure sore prevention.
• Maintain patient charts, nursing notes, and electronic documentation.
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Support family communication and update them on resident progress when required.
• Train and supervise nursing assistants/caretakers when needed.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• GNM / ANM Nursing degree
• 0–5 years experience (freshers can be considered)
• Skilled in common nursing procedures
• Good communication and empathy

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
